I’m Danika, a financial planner, firm owner, and eternal optimist about what’s possible when women come together.Over the years, I’ve met so many brilliant women in our field: advisors, founders and changemakers doing courageous, human-centered work, yet often feeling isolated inside an industry that doesn’t always reflect our values or our voices.Xena Rising’s The Gathering was born from a desire to change that; to create space where women can connect deeply, refuel, and reimagine what leadership in finance can look like.This retreat is both a pause and a spark.
